3. Subscription and Payments

   Subscription payments are managed by the respective app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). Please refer to the terms of those platforms for more information regarding billing, refunds, and subscription management.

4. Prohibited Activities

   You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to transmitting any harmful, unlawful, or disruptive content.

   All content and features of the App are the property of Phence Technologies and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

   We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to the Terms

   We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

   These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
